77 pounds in 18 months. Progress really slowed down for me and it’s been hard to stay motivated. I have been so inspired by so many of you that I decided to post my own in case it can help one of you stay motivated. You can do this!! -

I’d been in this for 5 months until my appendix decided to burst, I’m bedridden and without exercise for 2 months at least. Posting this so I don’t forget how close I was to my goal (55 lbs) since I know I’ll go up some pounds that I will have to take out again. -
