77 pounds in 18 months. Progress really slowed down for me and it’s been hard to stay motivated. I have been so inspired by so many of you that I decided to post my own in case it can help one of you stay motivated. You can do this!!

82 pounds lost. Face comparison of 3 years in my transformation. Who knew I had dimples lol

I can officially fit in one pant leg from my largest size. I’m still in shock.

Vegan diet, Ring Fit Adventure, and long hikes. Just under 5 months of progress. Still want to lose at least 25lbs more. Struggling to post this because I’m often embarrassed with how I look, but I want to practice gentleness and love toward myself.

120 pounds down. I was looking back in my instagram archive from a year ago and it made me realize how much my face has changed with the weightloss :D

Finally reached my goal weight, now for the hard part of maintaining my weight during quarantine.

I’d been in this for 5 months until my appendix decided to burst, I’m bedridden and without exercise for 2 months at least. Posting this so I don’t forget how close I was to my goal (55 lbs) since I know I’ll go up some pounds that I will have to take out again.

47lb (10.5 months) face gains and… Neck gains? Is that a thing? It should be!

Over 50 lbs down, got to get dressed up yesterday for my anniversary and was so shocked with the difference. This is february > yesterday!

42 pounds, crazy to think I’ve come this far

[252 lbs > 150 lbs=102] Face gain. I can’t believe that I’ve made it this far. Though my face seems to be what is losing the most weight. So I need to find the right exercises to do for that.

[215>174 = -40lbs] (September 2019 to present) I finally stopped giving up and hit my goal weight!
